 Confidence

“Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside while still alive. Never surrender.” ― Tupac Shakur

I chose this picture because it shows confidence in a clear condition and in the background words that are more blurry and almost unreadable. This to me meant that you should not mind about the words that come from around but actually listen to yourself, don't mind what others say that is negative, and to show confidence.

The reason I chose the quote is because personally I'm real musical person and this is the most legendary Hip-Hop artist in history. Of course this is my opinion. This quote to me represented that you need confidence to be able to carry out what is needed to feel accomplished . Never surrender to me was like Tupac saying not to mind what others say again as I said in the first explanation.

  1. Kyle, i like the way you explained both the picture and the quote. How you said to never surrender really didn't make sense at first but then as you went on about how carrying on needs confidence then i understood why you choose the quote. The way you explained the picture was great when i first looked at the picture i thought you choose it just because it said confidence but as i read your reflection i saw it in a different way.

  2. I really liked the quote you used. It ties into reality. Death isn't the greatest loss in life, if your dying inside while your still alive is a bigger loss because you have the chance to make a difference.
